The outer cell membrane is composed of a fat bi-layer which controls the entrance of good nutrients and oxygen coming into the cell and the expelling of bad nutrition and toxins leaving the cell. This bi-layer of fat serves as the armor to protect and keep every cell healthy.
When you eat bad fats like trans-fats, processed-fats, and polyunsaturated fats you create unhealthy cell walls.
