I had been going to a chiropractor for years due to a car accident; I was suffering from migraines and neck pain. I was not getting any relief, so I stopped going. He thoroughly listened to my story and came up with a treatment plan specifically designed for me! He started with X-rays, I never had neck X-rays before. I began treatment that same day! There's no magic bullet for back pain, including decompression. I spent the summer getting regular treatments with limited results. I was promised 60-70% improvement but achieved maybe 20-30%. Since they aren't covered by insurance, I ended up with a costly bill and not much to show for it. Your mileage may vary.read more

I just want to say I am so happy of making the the decision to come and visit Abundant life Chiropractic, I been suffering of knee pain and low back for years, I have visit many knee and back specialist and they have not helped me much with the pain. I am a technician and do a lot work on my knees and bending over doing plumbing and electrical work, I also like practice spots like soccer but the knee pain and back was not allowing me to perform my work or play soccer with my grandchildren but thanks the Lord I visit Abundant life Chiropractic , they are changing my life, after 2 weeks of treatment I started feeling great, I can perform my job and play a little bit with my grandchildren. I kept running across one of the specials Abundant Life was having for new customers and took that as my sign to give it a shot. BEST DECISION! I am an active CrossFit Athlete and put my body through a rigorous training program but often was struggling to reach my potential due to chronic low back pain. I have had low back pain my entire life, and just grew to consider it to be normal. After meeting with Dr Knight and the team at Abundant Life and starting a life changing program of spinal decompression and adjustments, I can say after the first week, I feel like I was gifted a new back. I haven’t had a period of time where I wasn’t in pain until recently and I owe it to this team. They are incredibly knowledgeable in their field and very personable. I love this place. The staff is fantastic and friendly! Both Dr. Letourneau and Dr. Knight are experts in their fields and provide a very comprehensive consultation that not only educates you but allows you to see why the work that they do work. I’ve never encountered a group of doctors who care so much about the end result and want to make sure you get back to LIFE without pain and frustration like the team at Abundant Life.
I have had 5 knee surgeries on my right knee ranging from ACL to knee infections. All the trauma caused me to lose flexibility and I was dealing with knee pain and swelling on a daily basis. The team prescribed me with an 8 week program that consisted of at home treatment and 3 office visits a week to do knee decompression. To say it has helped is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I am able to squat down and run and jump without any pain and feel just a little bit of tightness after i workout.
I am very thankful for this place and recommend it to anyone who is suffering from knee pain or any kind of trauma from athletics. They work miracles here.read more

I traveled from Brooklyn Park to Chanhassen because I had heard Abundant Life was great in helping patients with neuropathy. The program they have for neuropathy is detailed, and you have to be diciplined with your home care to be successful. I am so glad I chose Abundant Life, the whole team was very professional and personable. Except Sarah, before 9 am that is lol. Being in pain is not natural don't fool yourself.The doctors here are truly a team showing the importance and effort put forth in healing my arthritic knee and allowing me to move actively forward without surgery. I could barely walk and am almost at 80 %. An Xray discovered unkknown case of whiplash. After 1 treatment my severe headaches gone. Pothole incident -I was able to get in on an emergency. For so many years I dealt with daily neck & jaw pain that it was just something I figured I would have to live with. I’ve been to other chiropractors and never saw any real improvements and felt they didn’t do nearly as thorough a job in getting to the root problem as they do here.
All the doctors do tremendous work and within a few weeks my daily neck & jaw pain was significantly reduced and after seeing before/after X-rays and the results, I not only felt the difference but saw it too.
I also have dealt with bouts of vertigo/dizziness that they have been able to treat and manage. I seriously can’t thank them enough for that.
And let’s not forget the healing hands of the massage therapist—I’ve never been one for massages but these are like none other! It’s definitely a whole body health center.
I’m glad I found Abundant Life and took their guidance to jump in and get the work I needed done to improve my daily life. I now wake up & go to sleep without the constant nagging pain—and that is something everyone deserves.read more

I suffered a ladder fall in November of 2019 that resulted in a hairline fracture in my spine resulting in constant back pain and numbness in my feet. The fall also torqued my left ankle. My company’s insurance sent me to eight PT sessions that got cut short by Covid-19. This past March I tested positive for Covid-19 and was hospitalized for the better part of April with Covid pneumonia. Upon discharge my lung capacity was weak, I had atrophy throughout my body, and still had back pain…even through rehab.
After complaining to my brother, he recommended Abundant Life Chiropractic to me and gave me a free consultation with Dr. Knight. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome! Jess and Wendy are not only fun and good at what they do, but they really make you feel at home…with the exception of Wendy’s occasional homework. Dr. Knight and his team started me on a treatment regiment that is already showing improvement. I am feeling stronger, sleeping better, and the pain I have been living with for two years is now diminishing…thank you!

I arrived at Abundant Life with neuropathy issues and back pain. I wanted to feel better of course, but was focused on doing so while reducing my medications. I wanted to feel like 'me' again if possible. I have accomplished that goal within my time here at Abundant Life. The adjustments, home treatments, massages and the encouragement I have received from the staff has been second to none. They are people of integrity, true to their word and have been open to assisting any time I have approached them. I have regained strength, balance and have less pain and more confidence. My Gabapentin dosage have tapered from 300 mg 3x/day to 100 mg. morning and evening. I am so thankful for my relationships here at the clinic, and the knowledge they have been willing to share. I've suffered severe headaches since I was a little girl. I can remember having to roll out of bed because it hurt too much to raise my head. My mother had migraines as well therefore I knew it was part of my medical fabric. These headaches were generally manageable with OTC medications but as I aged they increased in frequency and severity. I was placed on several preventive medications.
My son persisted in suggesting I try chiropractic care. I thought I'd go through the motions because I didn't want to disappoint him. In the beginning I said to Dr Sharikov I would be thrilled if I could be headache free for two full weeks.
I am now on maintenance with twice monthly adjustments. Often times I cannot recall the last time I had a headache. Amazing!read more

My daughter is 16 and has crones disease which weakens her bones. She has had neck surgery and has compression fractures in her lower back. She has been a patient of Children's Hospital for her neck and back issues. My daughter was in severe pain. She could barely walk or lay down without pain. When Children's couldn't seem to help with her pain post operative, and suggested she go to a pain clinic. I wasn't wanting to go the pain management route, I wanted a fix. I finally brought her to Abundant Life Chiropractic, as they helped me cure horrible neck pain. Within a week of my daughter starting to get adjustments her pain started to subside. Before I brought her here she couldn't enjoy a normal life. Shes been going now for over a month and shes a different person now. After a month she virtually has no pain. Not even Children's Hospital was able to help with her constant pain. However, Abundant Life changed all that. We had given up hope. I couldn't be more impressed or thankful to the doctor's here. I started going to abundant life Chiropractic at the beginning of this year with major headaches that would take me away from my job, family, and my life with six dogs. I started my treatment in September taking the most amount of pain medication I could in a day, I have had cortisone injections for carpal tunnel and extreme pain and headaches. Dr.knight and staff are all wonderful. I went in for my migraine which I have suffered for 15 years now since I was about 12 years old.They were getting worse and getting them every other day. These migraines made it difficult for me to go to the gym, spending time with my children, or anything that involved me moving. On 1/22/18 my car was totaled when I was T-boned by a hit-and-run driver. A friend of mine suggested I get a thorough examination by Dr Knight at Abundant Life Chiropractic. My friend's suggestion was right on! Dr Knight gave me a very thorough examination, and that exam, along with the special "motion x-rays", revealed indeed that I'd sustained whiplash injuries from my car accident. I've noticed significant improvement and relief of my symptoms, since starting treatment by Dr Knight at Abundant Life Chiropractic, and the therapeutic massages by Lynn definitely relax my tight, strained muscles. I drive clear across town to get to Abundant Life Chiropractic, but it's well worth the drive! I strongly recommend to anyone who's been involved in a motor vehicle accident, to receive a thorough examination by Dr Knight. No need to worry about payment for your whiplash injuries, even in a case where the accident was caused by a hit-and-run driver, because that's why we all carry no fault insurance. Dr. Knight and his staff are WONDERFUL! Receptionists, Dr. S. They are so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Knight is so patient and compassionate. He truly listens to his clients concerns and cares about their overall well being. He does a great job of explaining what he is doing while making adjustments and why.
