Dr. Knight’s schooling prior to launching Abundant Life Chiropractic Health Center was nothing short of rigorous. His undergraduate studies included a double major in both biology and chemistry from Morningside College in Iowa, all while being a full-time athlete and graduating summa cum laude. While attending Morningside he was a 4 year starter in wrestling, where he earned both academic and athletic All-American stature. It was while attending Morningside that Dr. Knight fell in love with studying health and the human frame. His post graduate studies took place at Northwestern Health Sciences University where he received his doctorate in Chiropractic and cum laude distinction.
Born and raised in a small farm town in Iowa, Dr. Knight enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children, Beau, Brielle, and Blakely, while wrangling his two rambunctious dogs. You may catch him on the weekends fishing, boating, or involved with his local Grace Church family. If there’s a dog friendly park or restaurant, you’ll be sure to find him there as well, since his dogs have unwavering energy and enthusiasm for life. Getting out and exploring new towns, he enjoys trying out new food spots that range from supporting a healthy lifestyle, as well as, the hole in the wall burger joints that never fail to please. Hey, there’s a balance for everything, right?

Prior to discovering chiropractic care for herself, Dr. Rossi believed daily aches and pains were normal and something that most people learn to live with. It was not until her now fiancé, encouraged her to seek chiropractic treatment, that she realized her “normal” aches and pains were not in fact normal. This ultimately sparked Dr. Rossi’s passion for the chiropractic profession. It was after this revelation that Dr. Rossi switched from her intended career as a therapist for the chiropractic profession. This revelation came with the realization of how powerful, and life changing chiropractic care can be for not only aches and pains but headaches, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, etc.
When Dr. Rossi is not in the clinic helping patients achieve their health goals, Dr. Rossi enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with her many nieces and nephews, and exploring new areas.

Dr. LeTourneau’s chiropractic journey began thanks to his younger sister who suffered from migraine headaches for several years. Her migraines were so severe she was forced to miss nearly a full year of high school as the migraines left her unable to get out of bed. Her neurologists had no explanation for her migraines, so she was put on medication after medication to try and manage and dull the intense pain and nausea associated with the migraines. Dr. LeTourneau’s family reluctantly decided to try chiropractic for his sister as a last-ditch effort to find some sort of improvement in the quality of her life. He and the rest of his family are incredibly thankful they did as after a few months of upper cervical chiropractic care, his sister’s migraines completely let up. This is ultimately what led Dr. LeTourneau to pursue Chiropractic as a profession.
As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Dr. LeTourneau loves hunting, fishing and hiking. He is extremely passionate when it comes to all thing’s sports. He loves food no matter how bland, and spending time with his nieces and nephews who have him wrapped around their fingers.
