At Abundant Life Health Center, we specialize in healing the spine and nervous system using instrument-based adjustments. Each adjustment is performed using an instrument called the Integrator, the only chiropractic adjusting instrument that was developed out of a randomized clinical trial, blinded, and placebo-controlled. Many people who are nervous about their first chiropractic experience are at ease to learn our patients enjoy each specific adjustment without the force, cracking, or popping sounds of manual adjustments.

- Gentle: An Integrator adjustment can be delivered with the spine in a comfortable and relaxed neutral position. While traditional adjustments require the spine to be stretched to a position of tension to deliver a manual thrust.

Prior to performing any type of adjusting, our patients undergo a thorough and detailed examination to evaluate the structural integrity of their spine and nervous system. We perform an X-ray prior to treatment as well as after a few weeks of treatment, allowing our patients the opportunity to observe the structural changes of their own spine.
